The Navy SEAL Foundation's San Diego Joggin' for Frogmen 5k will take place on July 27th, 2019, at Naval Training Center Park at Liberty Station.
Inspired by US Navy SEALs (Frogmen), the Navy SEAL Foundation's Joggin' for Frogmen Race Series brings communities and families to jog in honor of the Naval Special Warfare community and their families.
All participants age 7 and older can run in the 5k. Following the 5k is a "Tadpole Trot" for kids ages 6 and under.
You won't want to miss out on our fun filled morning, which includes: Tadpole Trot for the kids Beer Garden sponsored by Mike Hess Brewing Aerial parachute performance Music by DJ Jumbo Awesome race shirt and medal for all participants (pictures coming soon!) Great prizes for 5k age group winners and Tadpole Trotters.
