Francis calls a woman as a manager of a furniture delivery store
telling her that they need to delay her delivery to later that evening. He says it was due to one of his drivers breaking his nail. She says that she sacrificed the day off from her high demand job and that they need to send somebody fast. Francis asks if she’s ever broken a nail to which she says she’s a woman and women break nails all the time.
