Francis the bill collector for student loans
telling a man he’s been late in his UCLA tuition. Francis says the man missed a payment back in 2009 of $1000 and now due to interest he now owes $15,000.The man questions the payment to which Francis insults him saying the college education must’ve not been the best as he can’t understand how interest goes.
