Francis calls as HOA in regards to a man and things he’s doing in the neighborhood causing issues.
His little Maltese dog Maurice is dressed up as a pumpkin and the neighbors have been complaining about it saying it’s violating regulations on “parading pets in outrageous costumes”. The man threatens to have Francis come to his house and write up the $2000 fine and ticket.
