About three months after Nelly was arrested on suspicion of raping 22-year-old college student Monique Greene, two more women have accused the star of sexual assault.
Just a few days after this arrest in October, Greene dropped the charges because she didn't “feel safe enough” to testify against Nelly in court, as she claimed that he “threatened” and “intimidated” her after his arrest. Instead, Greene sued him for defamation and sexual assault.
Now this week, Greene filed new court documents that asked the judge to order Nelly to not sexually assault anyone again. These docs claim that the rapper/actor purposefully seeks out "beautiful women of color" at his shows "with beautiful faces and curvy figures." The paperwork adds that Nelly "is particularly attracted to women who were resistant."
TMZ reports: "She says at some point Nelly will begin masturbating in front of the women 'with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.'"
The outlet adds, "She says if a woman resists he 'sexually accosts and/or assaults her' and this includes ejaculating on the woman's body."
Greene's new documents also says that at least two more women have admitted that Nelly has sexually assaulted them, as well. However, they haven't publicly come forward because they don't have "permission" to. Named as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, the two other accusers tell their story.
One of the women said that Nelly forcefully put one of his hands up her dress. The second claims that after Nelly took her into a separate room -- he first invited her and her friends onto his tour bus -- the rapper began masturbating in front of her. Then, he forced her to perform oral sex on him.
Nelly has yet to respond to any of these new claims.
