Travis Scott Sued For Bailing On Concert After Kylie Jenner Gave Birth

Travis Scott is in hot water after bailing on a scheduled concert just days after he and girlfriend Kylie Jenner welcomed the birth of their daughter, Stormi Webster, in early February.

According to a lawsuit filed by entertainment company PJAM on March 20, the 25-year-old rapper "refused to show up" for his performance set at the Myth Live nightclub near Minneapolis, Minnesota on February 3, the day before the 2018 Super Bowl. As you know, the star-studded couple welcomed their first child on February 1 at 4:43 PM local time, with the little girl weighing in at 8 lbs., 9 oz. In just one month, Stormi became the focus of the most-liked Instagram post ever and even inspired some crazy nail art.

Scott reportedly signed the dotted lines for the contract on January 24 and was paid $150,000 in advance, a lump of money that he has apparently not paid back. That also doesn't include the booking agent's $10,000 and the funds for the private jet that was scheduled for his travels. In total, $200,000 was guaranteed to the rapper. "As a result of this breach, [PJAM] suffered significant damages including the sums paid to XX Global [the legal agent and representative of Scott] and [Scott] and their booking agent, the sums paid to arrange Webster's travel, the sum's paid to advertise the event, lease the venue and hire staff, and the lost profits [PJAM] would have realized on this event," the suit states.

Meanwhile, things seem brighter on Jenner's side. "She's a little doll. And she has the most incredible wardrobe ā€” everything from designer clothes to tons of shoes," a source recently told PEOPLE of the couple's first-born. "And everyone is really proud of how Kylie is doing."
