"Don't Mess With My Son's Urination" Jamboozle

Francis the director of lifeguards calls out a dad for his son's urination problem in the public pool. He claims they caught his son on camera peeing in the pool which will cost him a contamination fee of $1200. Will he pay up or drink the jamboozle water?
