This event will benefit Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. 100% of all proceeds raised will go directly to purchase these Nicview cameras, which allow families to view their newborn when they are unable to be at the hospital through a secure portal. Angel’s Above Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit, all volunteer, dedicated to helping families with newborns in the NICU.

Angel’s Above Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization designed specifically for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for high-risk newborns. It has been formed in memory of our daughter, Nicole Pankow, and in honor of Dr. John Lamberti and his team.
Nicole was born with a hypo-plastic left heart, meaning the left side of her heart did not develop. We were able to be with our daughter for 2 days. Those days remain the most precious time to us. Our miracle was shown to us a little later when the doctors told us there were no holes between the chambers for blood to flow. They had no idea how she survived the 2 days. God granted us a beautiful gift that we are forever grateful. It is with that gift, we created Angels Above. The sad reality is we face more newborns needing specialized care and the Neonatal Intensive Care Units are adding beds. These infants are fighting for their lives and when a family takes their newborn home we all succeed. We are making strides in technology and medicine but so much more needs to be done.
