Ariana Grande Teases "Carpool Karaoke" With James Corden

Ariana Grande, James Corden Carpool Karaoke

Looks like we are getting some good old fashioned Ariana Grande "Carpool Karaoke" with none other than expert driver/karaoke singer extraordinaire/late night host, James Corden. The pop star teased an upcoming appearance on the popular Late Late Show segment by pretending to know nothing about it at all!

On Twitter, Corden shared with his followers that he was busy learning the lyrics to Ari's hit Sweetener singles "No Tears Left To Cry" and "God Is A Woman," posting a picture of the song lyrics. "Learning these...," he wrote along with it.

Ari then retweeted James, writing back "sick what for."

Neither James or Ariana has concretely confirmed the "Carpool Karaoke" segment, but James replied back to Grande's tweet, teasing, "Just, y'no, life and In case I get stuck in traffic x." Grande ended the convo by saying, "word."

No word on exactly when we will see Ariana Grande's "Carpool Karaoke," but considering the 25-year-old's new album, Sweetener, is due out in two weeks (August 17th), it is likely to happen sooner than later!

One thing is for sure: Ariana's fans are READY. FOR. IT. They've been waiting. Check out a few of their reactions below.

Sweetener is Ariana's highly anticipated fourth full-length studio album, following her 2016 Dangerous Woman record. So far, fans have already heard "No Tears Left To Cry," "The Light Is Coming" featuring Nicki Minaj, and her latest single, "God Is A Woman," in addition to a few teasers that the singer has posted on social media.

As Ari awaits her album release day, she's been in rehearsals, and revealed that she ran through the whole album with her band for the first time. She shared with fans on Twitter, "f***. just ran thru the whole album w my band (and singers hehe) for the first time and i'm ..... so f***ing emo and grateful. wanna hug u all immediately."

She added, "bein able to sing this music / this whole journey w y’all is some of the most magical, special sh** in the universe," followed by, "i am eternally f***ing grateful and will never take this sh** for granted oh my god that was so insane and beautiful and exciting music is so important am i ok."
