Woman Sues Sea World For Continuing to Charge Annual Fees During Pandemic

A local woman has filled a class action lawsuit against Sea World demanding the theme park should pay $5Million back to members still being charged annual fees

According to the lawsuit, Lisa Kouball said she purchased four annual passes to SeaWorld San Diego and pays a total of $48.99 monthly. However, when SeaWorld San Diego closed in March, Kouball said she was still charged on April 23 for her membership even though she doesn’t have access to the parks.
