Two years ago, during a Juneteenth event in San Diego, someone killed 20 year old Jonathan Shields-Pullum.
Police still haven't been able to identify the suspect in that unsolved murder, and are asking the public for their help.
Shields-Pullum was shot during a celebration at Liberty Station. He was taken to a hospital, and died from his injuries. A second person was shot in the leg, treated and released.
Police say the motive for the shooting remains unknown. However, investigators feel certain someone knows something, and are asking people who were in the area at the time to contact SDPD or Crime Stoppers.
