San Diego Police are searching for the person who shot and killed a man sitting in a car in a Miramar neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
The 57 year old victim was shot while seated in the front passenger side of the car, which was parked on Production Avenue.
A police spokesperson tells KOGO News they believe the shooter targeted the victim.
Police say witnesses saw the suspected shooter run northbound from the area following the gunfire. The suspected shooter was described as a white male in his 40s, wearing a black shirt and dark-colored shorts.
