DaBaby is being sued for allegedly assaulting a rental property owner back in December and according to reports Da Baby allegedly punched the property owner in the mouth knocking a tooth out after he attempted to shut down the video shoot at his own property due to violation of the lease and reports say the rental property had a rule following COVID guidelines allowing only up to 12 people and apparently DaBaby had over 40 in attendance and when the property owner tried to stop the shoot.
