Tha Kid Reckless - Born and raised in New York City, The Brooklyn boy got his first taste of DJing back in '95 (Back when mixtapes were made on cassettes). At the age of 17 while hauling his DJ equipment on trains with the kids from his block, he started working in the New York City club scene as well as basement parties around Brooklyn.
Reckless moved to Oceanside, San Diego in 2004, due to military obligations. Since his move to America's Finest City, He began to build his brand as an Industry DJ by rocking dive bars, main stream clubs, hosting mixtapes for SD artists and a mix show DJ for DAGOSD and World Tuned Radio which are Internet radio stations.
In 2007 Reckless linked up with Snow Tha Product and became her tour DJ as well as her studio production assistant. Throughout his years, Reckless has toured with Wu-Tang Clan's Cappadonna, Rakim, and San Diego's own Mitchy Slick. To him, DJing Rock The Bells, amphitheaters
Get To Know Beto Perez
Beto Perez was born in Tijuana, Mexico and raised in the South San Diego. His passion for music started at a young age when his cousins gave him vinyl records to play. This led him to a career as a DJ. He brings over 13 years of radio experience. In 2002, a young Beto kept calling the XHRM 92.5 FM request line and harassed his way on to becoming a Morning Show stunt guy. He's also worked at XHTZ Z90.3 FM and a few other Spanish stations. He has since worked as a producer, an on-air DJ for both Spanish and English markets and has done some voice over work and currently is the voice of Caption Obvious. You can currently catch Beto on weeknights on JAM'N 95.7. He also does the Fresh Friday Show. Working for JAM'N 95.7 is truly and honor because Beto grew up listening to West Coast artists like Snoop, Dre, 2Pac, E40. His hobbies include eating, his favorite is BBQ. He enjoys outdoor live concerts, any outdoor activities, watching plays, fixing up old cars, video games, reptiles, water sports, and is a huge sports fan.
