"If It's Gone You... Stole It!" Jamboozle

Francis calls as a worker from Bird scooters to a man who uses them frequently saying the serial number to the scooter is missing. Francis says because number is missing he will  have to charge him $2500; the man swears he returned the scooter and isn’t accepting the fee.
