Francis calls as the cable company
saying a man hasn’t been paying for the premium package based off the fact he’s on the basic plan. Francis says he owes the company $2400 for the past 12 months. The man blames the installer who came in and starts cussing up a storm. Francis threatens to call the police for stealing cable.
