Proposed Solution To Bullying: Agree? Disagree?

Frankie and Tati address  PA State Rep. Frank Burns (D-Cambria)'s idea on solving the issue with bullies:

  • If a child bullies for the first time, school officials would have to take some type of action, according to Burns’s office. 
  • Parents would have to take parenting classes on bullying after a second incident.
  • If a child keeps bullying, a judge will determine whether there’s enough evidence to fine the parents and issue a court order forcing them to pay $500.
