Beginning this Saturday the 27th teachers, law enforcement and farm workers will all be eligible to receive the COVID vaccine. moving up 2 days faster than expected due to the decrease in demand for first time doses for seniors. According to reports the vaccine will be available to all Phase 1B recipients at various sites around the county. The new tier includes agriculture and food workers, education and child care professionals and non-health care emergency service workers like law enforcement who will receive their vaccine through a program at Scripps, farm workers will get thereâs from Cal Fire and teachers will receive their shots from a designated provider named VEBA.
