Virginia Town Bans Teen Trick Or Treaters

In Case You Missed It...A town in Virginia states that anyone over the age of 12 participating in any “trick or treat” could be fined $100 and face a six month jail term.

Chesapeake Police are doing in order to have a safe evening in which will prevent “taking pumpkins from porches and smashing them in the street.” They've even enforced a strict curfew in which all children need to be off the streets by 8pm. 

Two other Virginia cities have followed Chesapeake's law, Norfolk and Newport News stating anyone older than 12 will be “guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor,”.
