Today kicked off black history month and many took to Twitter to show their pride, acknowledge the month's meaning, and post about their favorite black folks making history. Snapchat even had a filter for it. I'm not black, still I too wanted to be part of this first day.

So who else decided to be part of? Well, the POTUS of course. While that may not be a big deal, it's huge when coming off of 8 years with our first black President, Barack Obama. The difference was not only obvious, it was heard LOUD and clear.

During a news conference many believed POTUS Donald Trump and Sean Spicer had no clue who Fredrick Douglas was. I wonder why there isn't anyone writing for President  Trump. If you see the transcript from this news conference, it's horrible. Check the post below from Daniel Dale.
