Clarity...J.Lo's body has BEEN this way for YEARS! This isn't the, I just "recently cut carbs and started working out", so don't do anything drastic because you think J.Lo is the example of the "Summer body". She is the example of a "lifestyle body". If you aren't making fitness a lifestyle (shoot, I was in that lifestyle over a year ago, then I quit), these gains will take A WHILE! Just to be clear, I WANT TO...I just have not started, yet.
