Uhh can we say embarrassing? Katy Perry is being accused of stealing her hit song, Dark Horse.
Looks like three Christian Rappers, Flame and D.A. Truth, and Chike Ojukwu say the intro to the song is the exact same as their 2007 song, "Joyful Noise." Perry denies that the song sounds the same, but also says she doesn't know the song, or who the rappers are for that matter.
When a technical glitch happened in which the court room couldnt hear the song, Katy said that she could sing the song live, which made the court room burst into laughter. YIKES!
