One major thing the pandemic took from us was Souplantation closing down for good BUT it looks like we can experience the beloved restaurant once again!
This week, a brand new restaurant opened up in Rancho Cucamonga and its at the same location where a Souplantation was at before it shut down in 2020. Soup 'N Fresh did a soft opening on Wednesday and the line for it was insane! People waited hours just to reminisce and try the salads, soup and baked goods they once had at Souplantation. The official grand opening is on April 2nd but Soup 'N Fresh is already open! The restaurant is open Sunday-Thursday from 10:30am-8:30pm and Friday-Saturday from 10:30am-9:30pm.
