Kendrick Lamar Just Hinted He'll be on the Black Panther Soundtrack

Fans were quick to notice a subtle clue Kendrick Lamar included in the music video for "Love" he dropped on Saturday, Dec. 22nd. In a quick moment during the video, it appears that the rapper is telling the world that he's going to be involved in the upcoming Black Panther soundtrack. If you pay close attention at the 1:54 mark in the video, a video clapperboard appears that reads "B. Panther Soundtrack Coming Soon."

Needless to say, fans were freaking out at this epic Easter egg. They immediately took to Twitter to discuss their excitement and whether this dream could really become a reality.

It's not too surprising that Black Panther director Ryan Coogler has tapped Kendrick to contribute to the highly anticipated movie's soundtrack. He opened up about being a huge fan of the rapper last year at San Diego Comic Con, according to MTV News, praising his lyrics. "It's actually oddly literal for our trailer's purposes, and I think a lot of the cultural things we're dealing with in Wakanda are in the zeitgeist in the African American community."

We can't wait to hear what this epic collaboration sounds like. When does Black Panther come out again? Because it's not soon enough now.
